We went to Bodega Bay the other weekend and I never got around to posting the picture! This was Aida's first trip to the ocean and she LOVED it! I was hesitant to go since it is a two hour drive and she had only been potty trained for a week or so but she did amazing!!
The sand was lame, it was the tiny pebbles that massage your feet at first but after a while they feel like the are cutting them!
The beach we stopped at had lots of rocks around it so we found little tide pools to explore.
Jesse pulled a star fish off of a rock and Aida actually held it! She thought it was patrick from SpongeBob!
I love my little family! I love spending time together and being able to go to fun places!

Looks like it was a beautiful day! I love that area, but I agree with the you regarding the sand. I love the powdery sand that you can find on the beaches on the Carribean side of Mexico (and many other places), but the tide pools are definitly fun to explore.
